PENTHOUSE 2, 1D HOUGHTON ROAD, BAKOVEN -SALLY
Thank you Lucy and Tony for introducing us to Blueviews and Bakoven. P2 was exactly what we wanted from a Capetonian Penthouse; sleek design, incredible mountain and ocean views, exclusivity and plenty of entertaining space both inside and out. No excuse not to show it off, or share it with a group of friends/ family!
Everything was so well thought out and we loved the little extras - bubbly in the fridge, large
bowl of seasonal fruit, beach towels, magazines and ipod docking stations in all bedrooms.
And as they say - location, location, location. You can't get much better than Bakoven, this lovely seaside village is a real hidden gem. We loved having it's sheltered and untouristy beaches
just two minutes' walk away. And being able to walk to the main beach and promenade of Camps Bay in less than ten minutes made for the perfect balance - chilled days and lively evenings!
The whole visit was seamless from check in to check out, and it was obvious that Blueviews have years of experience, incredible attention to detail, and can-do attitude you offer the very
best home from home.

We are regular annual visitors to the Cape Town area, and are presently enjoying the Blue Views Penthouse in Camps Bay for the second consecutive year.
Last year, we really didn't want to leave, even when our time was up. So we kept finding
excuses to extend our stay a little longer.
Some of the especially endearing features that keep us coming back are:
- gorgeous views of the sea and mountain
- quiet neighborhood that's also convenient to shops and restaurants
- very stylish interior decoration
- polite and helpful staff
- a wireless Internet connection
Accordingly, we would commend these accommodations without reservation or
hesitation ...to you, or anyone else!

holiday accommodation, Blue Views is unbeatable. Friendly, welcoming staff, excellent service, and the best views in Cape Town, with sunsets that take the breath away.
From the beginning to the end of our trip, we were exceptionally well looked after: nothing was too much trouble. We were collected from the airport and driven to our spectacular home by a very knowledgeable and friendly driver. A personal welcome from one of your staff members was very much appreciated after a long journey, and a fridge full of pre-arranged groceries enabled to feel at ease immediately, knowing we had provisions for the first few days. Thank you.
The comfort level of our accommodation was a true 'home from home,' with stunning bathrooms and luxurious bed linen: the touch of fresh flowers and fruit on our arrival was a thoughtful and touching detail.
We were particularly impressed with the list of services you were able to arrange for us during our stay.The catering company that helped arrange a last minute party for friends was very impressive, attending to every detail, allowing us to enjoy the occasion thoroughly. Your restaurant recommendations were outstanding, and the information and suggestions on
how to make the most of our time in Cape Town was very useful.
The children had a wonderful time: they loved 'living' on the beach, where we spent hours climbing the rocks and hunting in the rock pools, as well as relaxing in the sun. We all loved being within walking distance of Camps Bay, and enjoyed our early evening strolls to dinner.
We very much appreciated how welcome we were made to feel with the children.It is refreshing to stay somewhere which is so luxurious and yet welcoming and warm: Blue Views manages this combination with aplomb.
We will be back, and in the meantime, have been busy telling all our friends to look no further if they are planning a trip to Cape Town. The name Blue Views is synonymous with luxurious comfort.

Dear Tony, Linda, Lucy and Kinga,
Just want to thank you all so very much for welcoming me to Blueviews once more. This time it was like coming home to visit family and friends!
I felt so at home. Firstly Tony I want to compliment you on your staff they are absolute jewels! It was so nice to be taken care of by Kinga and Lucy when I arrived and they even carried my
heavy suitcases up the stairs with a big smile. Another occasion I made out a little shopping
list to buy matches for my candles and when I returned from a walk their were my matches
in the apartement now that I call service and caring. It is always the little things in life that mean so much, thanks Kinga.
Linda it was lovely meeting you and your two beautiful daughters briefly and Lucy I will make a point of popping in at the office to say hello to you too.
I was so pleased Hubert enjoyed the Penthouse as much as me and I hope to come back
more often as it is such a wonderful place to stay and the weather couldn't have been better for us to enjoy the beautiful blue views of the ocean.
Tony the highlight of my holiday was the boat trip you took us on and I loved it!
